Your session includes a warm foot cleansing, followed by the full RLD protocol using gentle, flowing techniques designed to mirror the pathways of the lymphatic system. The appointment concludes with soothing lower‑leg and foot relaxation techniques to ground the body and complete the therapeutic experience.

Initial RLD Appointment — $120.35 The first Reflexology Lymph Drainage session includes a full intake, health history review, baseline measurements, weight tracking (when appropriate), and additional RLD‑specific documentation. This appointment is longer and more detailed to ensure accurate assessment and safe, effective treatment. Follow‑up RLD sessions are billed at the regular RLD reflexology rate.
