First Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) Session

$120.35

Your first Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) session begins with a thorough health assessment to understand your areas of concern and establish a clear baseline. When swelling or edema is present, limb measurements are recorded before treatment begins. This allows us to accurately track changes and monitor your progress over time.

The RLD treatment follows a structured three‑foot cycle, with each stage designed to gently stimulate lymphatic reflex points and encourage natural lymph flow. After completing the full cycle, measurements are taken again. This re‑measurement process helps us see and document the difference in fluid volume, offering a clear picture of how your body is responding. Tracking these changes is beneficial for assessing progression and improvement over multiple sessions.

RLD works best as a gentle, cumulative approach. While many clients notice a sense of lightness and reduced heaviness after their first session, the greatest benefits come from receiving a set of sessions. This allows the body to gradually release fluid, rebalance, and maintain improvements over time. A common approach is to begin with a minimum of four sessions, depending on the severity of the client’s current situation. This steady, supportive rhythm helps create lasting changes and a clearer picture of your body’s ongoing progress.
